Step 1: Locate Researcher Profile 0:00
- Navigate to the researcher repository.
- Find the specific researcher profile you want to import publications for.
Step 2: Access Actions Menu 0:16
- Click on the 'Actions' tab.
- Select 'Actions' from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Import Publications 0:30
- In the upper left-hand corner, click on the option to 'Import Publications'.
- The system will automatically check PubMed for existing publications related to the profile.
Step 4: Check for Existing Publications 0:42
- Look for a checkmark indicating that publications have already been imported for the individual.
Step 5: Select Publications to Import 0:49
- Choose the publication(s) you wish to import by selecting them.
Step 6: Import Selected Publications 1:00
- Click on 'Import Selected'.
- The selected publications will now be linked to the researcher profile.
Step 7: Confirmation 1:11
- Confirm that the publications have been successfully imported and linked to the profile.
