Objective

To provide a clear and concise process for team members to effectively move publications to the reporting stage, ensuring accurate tracking and availability for CCSG reporting.

Key Steps

  1. Gather Information: Ensure all necessary information about the publications is collected, including:

    • Verification of custom properties

    • Utilization of shared resources

  2. Select Publications: Identify the publications you wish to move to reporting. This can be done by:

    • Reviewing the list of publications and determining which ones are ready.

  3. Mark as Reviewed:

    • Click on the selected publications.

    • Choose the option to "Mark Checked as Reviewed."

    • This action will move all selected publications to the reporting stage.

  4. Check Reporting Availability: Confirm that the moved publications are now available for CCSG reporting.

  5. Follow-Up Actions (if necessary):

    • If additional information is required, continue sending out solicitations for the reviewed publications.

    • Mark these publications as needing leadership or individual authorization to gather further details.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that all necessary information is verified before moving publications to avoid errors in reporting.

  • Double-check the selected publications to ensure you are only moving those that are ready for reporting.

  • Be aware that once publications are marked as reviewed, they will no longer be in the initial review stage and will be processed for reporting.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Create a checklist of the required information to gather before starting the process to streamline your workflow.

  • Use filters or tags in your publication management system to easily identify which publications are ready for reporting.

  • Set reminders for follow-up solicitations to ensure that no publication is left unaddressed if further information is needed.

  • Regularly review and update your understanding of the process to stay aligned with any changes or updates in procedures.
