This SOP outlines the steps to effectively manage participants, communication templates, and questionnaires within the T32 workspace tools tab.
Key Steps
1. Import Participants 0:12
- Navigate to the tools tab in the T32 workspace.
- Select the 'Import Participants' option.
- Use the search bar to find specific faculty members or scroll through the list.
- Select the desired participants and click 'Add Selected Participants'.
- Confirm that the participants are added to your workspace.
2. Copy Participant Emails 0:44
- In the tools tab, locate the 'Participant Emails' tool.
- Click the button to copy all participant email addresses with one click.
- Paste the copied email addresses into your personal email application for custom messaging.
3. Manage Solicitation Text 1:06
- Select 'Manage Solicitation Text' from the tools tab.
- On the left, refer to the dynamic field cheat sheet for placeholders.
- In the middle section, type your email subject and body.
- Format your message as needed and include any necessary links.
