Creating a T32 Workspace Information Tab SOP
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to fill out the information tab in the T32 workspace, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded.
Key Steps
1. Enter Grant Name 0:24
- Locate the Grant Name field at the top of the information tab.
- Enter the title for your workspace.
- This can be the official grant name or a more descriptive title for easy recognition.
2. Input Grant Number or Identifier 0:34
- Find the Grant Number or Identifier field.
- Enter the official grant number to ensure the workspace is linked to the correct funding mechanism.
3. Fill in the Description Box 0:47
- Scroll down to the description box.
- Type in any relevant notes, background details, or instructions related to the grant.
- This will help others understand the grant's purpose when accessing the workspace.
4. Set the Due Date 1:06
- Locate the due date field.
- Enter the deadline for when information needs to be collected.
- The due date will appear at the top of the workspace and will trigger a countdown on the dashboard.
5. Create or Select Biosketch Edge Tag 1:15
- Find the edge tag section for biosketches.
- If you have an existing tag, select it; otherwise, create a new tag.
- This allows participants to link their NIH biosketches to the grant for easy report generation.
6. Review and Save Changes 1:41
- After entering all necessary information, review the details for accuracy.
- Save the changes to ensure all information is recorded.
