Viewing the Questionnaire as a Participant

Have more questions? Submit a request

As an administrator, it's good to have transparency in what is being asked of your participants in the Training Grant Prep Workspace. In this section, we'll cover the view of what a participant sees. As an administrator, you have the option to send out solicitations, or record data points for the participant.

Sending out your Solicitations

When you are ready to begin sending out solicitations, you can quickly send those out by visiting the Participants section of the Training Grant Prep Workspace. Next to the individual you would like to send the notification to, select Actions and then Notify.

After clicking Notify, the email solicitation will be sent to the participant. You will receive a notification in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Participant's View

The participating faculty member will receive an automated email from no-reply@rlogx.com . The subject and text of the email will be populated with the email subject and text that you set in the Preparing for Solicitations - Managing Solicitation Text section.

The generated link will allow the participant to click and access the survey without authentication. In the event that the participant would like to designate another individual to record information, they will be able to forward the email accordingly. The distinct link will allow the user to become a proxy on their behalf.

In the view below, you can see that the survey is displayed for their input. Additionally, participants will be able to have a historical record of actions taken within the survey. Tracking will show:

  • Survey sent history with timestamps and the initiator
  • Survey save history with timestamps

The participant will have the opportunity to start the survey and complete a later time. All information will be saved after every save. Save history will also be recorded every time the survey is saved.
