Overview
The Filterable Data Dump — CCM Publications exporter shows publications that qualify under your cancer center's CCSG reporting rules. Only publications linked to active Cancer Center Members (CCM) where the publication date falls within the member's alignment window are included. The same membership type, program assignment, publication buffer, and date window rules used in official CCSG reports are applied here.
This exporter is the right choice when accuracy against CCSG eligibility rules is required — for NCI progress reports, CCSG renewal applications, or programmatic publication counts.
What the Columns Mean
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Year | The year the publication entered PubMed (or was analyzed by RLOGX if no PubMed date is available). |
| Title | Full publication title. |
| Journal | Journal name as it appears in PubMed. |
| PMID | PubMed ID. Click the PubMed Link column to open the record directly in PubMed. |

- Click Save Fields to save your column selection to the view.
Exporting to Excel
Click Export to Excel to download the full dataset matching your current view and active filters. The export respects the same CCSG alignment rules as the table — only qualifying CCM publications are included. Large exports may take a moment to generate.
How This Differs from All Publications
The All Publications exporter shows every publication linked to an account member with no CCSG rules applied. The CCM Publications exporter applies the full alignment logic — the same rules that determine what counts in your official cancer center reports. If a publication appears in CCM but not All Publications, that is a data error worth investigating. If a publication appears in All Publications but not CCM, it means the publication is linked but does not qualify under the current alignment rules.
