Overview
The Filterable Data Dump — All Publications exporter gives you a complete view of every publication linked to members in your account. There are no date restrictions, no membership-type filters, and no CCSG alignment rules applied to the base record set. If a publication has been linked to at least one account member and has not been flagged as an incorrect link, it will appear here.
This exporter is best used when you need a full picture of your institution's publication activity — for internal audits, grant writing support, or any use case where completeness matters more than CCSG eligibility.
What the Columns Mean
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Year | The year the publication entered PubMed (or was analyzed by RLOGX if no PubMed date is available). |
| Title | Full publication title. |
| Journal | Journal name as it appears in PubMed. |
| PMID | PubMed ID. Click the PubMed Link column to open the record directly in PubMed. |
| PubMed Entry Date | The date the publication was indexed in PubMed. |
| Impact Factor | Journal impact factor from your account's journal lookup table. |
| Cancer Relevant | Whether this publication has been marked as cancer-relevant in RLOGX. |
| Linked Authors | All account members linked to this publication, pipe-separated (Last, First | Last, First). |
| Programs | Programs this publication counts toward under CCSG alignment rules. If this column is empty, the publication is linked but falls outside the author's active alignment window — it won't appear in official CCSG reports. |
| RLOGX UID | RLOGX's internal unique identifier for this publication. Click to open the full publication record. |
Using Custom Views
You can create named views to save your preferred column selection and advanced filters. Views are personal by default but can be shared with other users in your account.
- Click Create View to name and save a new view.
- Use the Edit Columns button to drag and drop which columns appear in the table.
- Use Advanced Filters to filter the table by any field (e.g., show only publications from a specific journal, or only cancer-relevant publications).
- Click Save Fields to save your column selection to the view.
Exporting to Excel
Click Export to Excel to download the full dataset matching your current view and active filters — not just the current page. Large exports may take a moment to generate.
Understanding Empty Programs
A publication in this exporter with an empty Programs column is not missing data — it means the publication is linked to an account member, but the publication date does not fall within that member's active CCSG alignment window. This is expected for publications that pre-date or post-date a member's alignment period.
To see only publications that count toward CCSG reporting, use the Filterable Data Dump — CCM Publications exporter instead.
