Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to access and manage a researcher's profile using the Actions menu in the RLogix profile listing.
Key Steps
1. Access the Researchers Menu 0:15
- From the main menu, click on Researchers under RLogix Profile Repository.
- This will display a list of all researchers along with their names, emails, internal IDs, and assigned modules.
2. Open the Actions Menu 0:29
- Locate the Actions button on the left side of each researcher's row.
- Click the Actions button next to the researcher you want to view.
3. View Available Options 0:38
- A drop-down list will appear with options including:
- RLogix member
- Links to their dashboard
- Basic information
- Publications
- Science and CV documents
- Other custom properties.
4. Access Researcher's Dashboard 0:52
- Click on RLogix member to open the researcher's dashboard.
- This view provides an overview of the researcher's work, including:
- Latest publications
- Top publication
- Collaborations
- Notes
- Proxy access
- Edge library documents.
5. Review Basic Information 1:04
- In the top navigation bar of the researcher profile, click on Basic.
- This section contains:
- Researcher's name
- Credentials
- Pronouns
- Contact details
- Demographic information.
- You can make edits here if you have permission.
6. Manage Profile Access and Publications 1:25
- Click the Actions tab at the far right.
- Here you can:
- Import publications
- Link or unlink publications
- Manage profile access
- Import funding or trials
- Add administrative notes
- Send invitations
- Remove the investigator from the account.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit any information in the researcher's profile.
- Be cautious when removing an investigator from the account, as this action may affect their access to important documents and data.
Tips for Efficiency
- Familiarize yourself with the layout of the Actions menu to quickly navigate to the desired options.
- Regularly check for updates in the researcher's dashboard to stay informed about their latest work.
