Training Application: submission notifications
- Admin notification emails now go to all form administrators (not a single address) when an applicant officially submits their application.
- Admin recipients are pulled from the form’s configured admin list (getAdminsByForm) and deduped/validated.
Training Application: applicant reminders (incomplete applications)
- Added an admin tool to send reminder emails to applicants whose application status is not “Complete”.
- Supports:
- Send to selected applicants
- Send to all “In Progress” applicants
- Each reminder includes a direct resume link back to the application.
Training Application: configurable reminder email text
- Added a new Email Settings template: “Applicant Reminder Email”
- Admins can edit the reminder message content in the UI (similar to other email templates).
- If not set, the system uses a reasonable default reminder message.
Training Application: reviewer invitations (bulk send)
- Added an admin tool to send reviewer invitation emails with support for:
- Send to selected reviewers
- Send to all reviewers
- Email directs reviewers to: baseUrl/profile/my-reviews/training (their assigned reviews list).
- Uses the existing Reviewer Email template text configured in Email Settings.
Training Application: document templates for applicants
- Administrators can now upload an optional template file per requested document type.
- Applicants see a Download template link alongside the document requirement, so they can download, complete, and upload it back.
- Template can be added both:
- when creating a new document type
- when editing an existing document type

Highlights
- All system emails now use SendGrid: We migrated our email delivery provider to SendGrid to improve overall deliverability and reliability (including password resets, invitations, and notifications).
- SSO login improvements: Updates to our single sign-on (SSO) flow to address intermittent login issues in certain environments.
- Reporting improvements: Multiple CCSG and “E-Data Table” reports were updated for accuracy and usability.

Behind the scenes (worth mentioning)
- Query system modernization: We’ve updated how the application runs many of its queries. Queries are now managed in a more maintainable, versioned method within the application.
- What this means for you: faster updates to reports/data behavior, more consistent results across environments, and fewer disruptions when improvements are deployed.
