Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to add a new member to the CCSG module, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
Key Steps
1. Access the CCSG Module 0:00
- Navigate to the left-hand side of the interface.
- Click on the CCSG option.
- Scroll down to the Members section.
2. Initiate Adding a Member 0:12
- At the top of the Members section, locate and click on Add Member.
- A form will appear for you to enter the new member's details.
3. Enter Member Information 0:12
- Fill in the required fields with the new member's information:
- Name
- Contact details
- Any other relevant information.
- Assign the member to a Research Program if applicable.
- Select the appropriate Membership Type.
4. Create the Member Profile 0:27
- After entering all necessary information, submit the form to create the member.
- You will be redirected to the new member's profile, which will initially be blank.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure all required fields are filled out to avoid errors during member creation.
- Double-check the information entered for accuracy before submitting.
