This SOP outlines the steps to report a bug in Research Logix effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
Key Steps
1. Access the Main Dashboard 0:00
- Navigate to the main dashboard of Research Logix.
2. Locate the Help Center Tab 0:08
- On the left side of the dashboard, find the tab labeled 'Help Center'.
3. Submit a Ticket 0:08
- Click on the 'Help Center' tab to be redirected to help.rlogix.com.
- At the top of the page, look for the option to submit a ticket.
4. Provide Detailed Information 0:19
- Fill out the ticket form with as much detail about the bug as possible.
- Include steps to reproduce the bug, screenshots, and any other relevant information.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure that all information provided in the ticket is accurate to avoid delays in resolution.
- Do not submit multiple tickets for the same bug; wait for a response on the initial ticket.
