Managing Cohorts for Training Program

Objective

To create a cohort and apply it to a trainee in a Training Program.

Key Steps

  1. Access the Training Program Hub and select "View Cohorts".

  2. Add a new cohort, e.g., "2018", to the program.

  3. Navigate to the trainees section and select the trainee to whom the cohort will be applied.

  4. Click on "Actions" and then select "Training History".

  5. Edit the training record by selecting the cohort from the dropdown menu.

  6. Save the changes to apply the cohort to the trainee.

  7. Verify the cohort application by checking the trainee's profile and the dashboard under "View Cohorts".

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure the correct cohort is selected from the dropdown menu to avoid errors in applying cohorts.

  • Double-check the cohort application to the trainee to prevent any discrepancies in the training program.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Keep track of the cohorts created and applied to trainees for better organization.
