Managing Leadership for Training Program

Objective

To add a leader to a training program in ResearchLogix for effective management and organization.

Key Steps

  1. Access the Leadership tab by selecting Edit Leadership or navigating to the Leadership tab at the top of the page.

  2. Select Add Leader to add a new leader to the training program.

  3. Start typing the last name of the person you want to add as a leader.

  4. The system will populate with IntelliSense suggestions from the researcher repository on the left-hand side.

  5. If the desired name is not available in the IntelliSense suggestions, it means the researcher is not in the ResearchLogix repository.

  6. Add the researcher to the repository to make them available in the drop-down list.

  7. Once the person is selected, choose the leadership type (e.g., leader or co-leader) and click Save.

  8. The ResearchLogix profile is now affiliated as a leader for the training program.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure the correct person is selected to avoid assigning leadership to the wrong individual.

  • Double-check the leadership type (leader or co-leader) before saving to prevent errors.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly update the researcher repository to ensure all team members are available for selection.

  • Use the Edit option to make any necessary changes to leadership roles quickly and accurately.
