Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to effectively manage a training program hub by utilizing the various tools and features available.

Key Steps

  1. Edit Information

    • Click on the "Edit Information" or "Information" tab to make changes to the program name, primary contact, training focus, or CRTEC status.

  2. Trainees

    • View a list of all trainees affiliated with the training program.

  3. Mentors

    • When a mentor is added to a trainee, they will be available within the mentor section for easy navigation to their ResearchLogix profile.

  4. Cohorts

    • Create filters for training programs based on specific cohorts (e.g., years, quarters).

  5. Tools

    • Access the management of solicitation emails and send career progress updates to all trainees affiliated with the program.

  6. Reporting

    • Access centralized reporting for the specific training program.

  7. Administration

    • Add single trainees, import trainees in mass, manage individual access, and delete the training program.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure accuracy when editing information to avoid misinformation.

  • Be cautious when managing trainees and mentors to prevent errors in affiliations.

  • Use cohorts effectively to organize and filter training programs appropriately.
