Resetting your Password

If you have forgotten what your Research Logix password is, you have a few options to restore your password.

1. Personal Password Restoration

At the login screen, you can use the "Forget Your Password" option to have your password reset and emailed directly to you. In order to reset your password, you will need to know the email address you used to create your account.

Enter your email address in the form provided to you on the screen and click "Reset Password". Your new temporary password will be delivered to you shortly.

If you enter an unknown password, you will receive a prompt letting you know that the email provided is not recognized in the system.

2. Administrator Initiated Password Reset

In this event, please contact either your account administrator (if you are a researcher). They will be able to initiate a password reset on your behalf. If you are an account administrator and have forgotten your password, please log a help ticket here, and a Research Logix representative will contact you shortly to get you back into the system.
